Zendrop review & Shopify integration guide
Zendrop is a dropshipping sourcing and fulfillment platform — not a store builder. This research-based review explains what it does, what it costs to use, and what to check before connecting it to your Shopify store.
How we wrote this: an editorial review based on Zendrop's official website and help center, checked 12 October 2026. We have not personally tested Zendrop's products or fulfillment. Policies change — confirm details on the linked sources.

What is Zendrop?
Zendrop describes itself as an all-in-one dropshipping platform: a product catalogue, supplier sourcing, order fulfillment, print-on-demand and tools such as an AI-built store offer.[source] In practice it sits between your store and suppliers — you sell on your storefront, and Zendrop sources and ships the products.
It integrates with Shopify and, according to its help center, with other channels such as Wix, TikTok Shop US and ClickFunnels.[source]

- Fulfillment & US warehousing: a fulfillment network plus US-based 3PL warehousing services.[source]

- Branding: thank-you cards, print-on-demand, and private label / custom packaging for qualifying sellers.[source]

Availability of many features depends on your plan, the product and the supplier.
Zendrop pricing
Zendrop has a free Starter plan and paid plans.[source] When budgeting, separate these costs:
- Subscription: required for some features, such as samples and thank-you cards.
- Product cost: paid per order, in addition to any subscription.
- Shipping: varies by product and destination. Orders to EU countries carry a customs duty charge at fulfillment, which isn't returned if the order is refunded.[source]
- Your own costs: Shopify plan, apps, advertising and refunds you give customers.
We haven't listed plan prices because they change; see the official pricing page . Then put real numbers into the profit calculator. Zendrop's policy allows a subscription refund only within 5 days of the charge and if no order credits were used.[source]
Shipping & fulfillment
Zendrop doesn't have one universal delivery time — it depends on the product and where it ships from. For each product, check:
- Supplier or warehouse location (for example US warehouse vs. overseas suppliers)
- Shipping options and whether your destination country is supported
- Processing time before dispatch, and the delivery estimate
- Tracking availability and how it syncs to Shopify
- How you'll communicate delays to customers
For context, Zendrop's policy only treats an order as delayed enough to refund or resend after 45 days (US), 60 days (global) or 110 days (Brazil) without delivery.[source] Your customers will expect much faster — so test real delivery times with a sample.
Returns, refunds & quality control
Zendrop's supplier-side policy and your customer-facing policy are different things. Key points from Zendrop's refund policy:[source]
- You handle customers: store owners issue customer refunds directly; Zendrop doesn't accept physical returns.
- Zendrop must be at fault: refunds or replacements cover delivery failures, damaged, missing or incorrect items — with photo or video evidence.
- Time limits: damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery; orders paid more than 90 days before the request are ineligible.
- No warranties: Zendrop doesn't provide product warranties. "Changed my mind" returns from your customers are your cost.
- EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal, independent of Zendrop's policy.
Samples: available only on paid plans, require a connected store, are paid at product plus shipping cost, can't use order credits, and aren't refundable.[source] Even so, a sample is the most reliable way to check quality before you advertise.
Branding opportunities
- Thank-you cards: included with paid plans for Zendrop Fulfillment catalogue products; printed in black and white and must be switched on before ordering.[source]
- Print-on-demand: add your designs to catalogue products with the design builder.
- Private label & custom packaging: via the invite-only Private Agent Program for high-volume sellers, requiring a bulk order and upfront cost.[source]
Not every product or supplier supports branding, so check per product.
Zendrop pros and cons
Potential advantages
- Sourcing and fulfillment in one place
- Direct Shopify connection
- US warehousing option
- Branding routes as you grow
- Clear, documented refund rules
Limitations to weigh
- Key features (like samples) need a paid plan
- Shipping varies by product and supplier

- Private label is invite-only and needs bulk orders
Who should consider Zendrop?
May suit: Shopify sellers of general products who want one sourcing and fulfillment partner, are willing to pay for a plan to access samples, and sell to markets where shipping options are clear.
May prefer something else: fashion-focused stores (see Trendsi), brands built mainly on custom designs (see Printify or Printful), or sellers who want to compare many independent suppliers (see Syncee). Compare them in our supplier directory.
Is Zendrop right for your store?
A self-check, not a verdict. It doesn't verify Zendrop for you — it shows what to look into first.
0 of 6 checked — 6 left to look into before committing.

Zendrop FAQ
What is Zendrop?
Zendrop is a dropshipping sourcing and fulfillment platform. You connect an online store, import products from its catalogue, and Zendrop fulfills and ships orders to your customers. It is not a store builder — you still need a store such as Shopify.
Is Zendrop free?
Zendrop has a free Starter plan, but some features need a paid plan. For example, its help center states that sample orders are only available on paid plans. Product and shipping costs are charged separately from any subscription. Check the official pricing page for current plans.
Can I order Zendrop samples?
Yes, on a paid plan with a connected store. According to Zendrop's help center, you pay the product and shipping cost, order credits can't be used, and sample orders aren't refundable (a replacement may be offered when Zendrop is at fault).
Does Zendrop handle customer returns?
No. Zendrop's policy says it doesn't accept physical returns and store owners handle customer-facing refunds. Zendrop refunds or replaces orders only when it is at fault — for example damaged, missing or incorrect items — with evidence and within its time limits.
Is Zendrop good for beginners?
It can suit beginners who want sourcing and fulfillment in one place and are selling general products. Beginners should still budget for a paid plan if they want samples, check shipping to their market, and understand they remain responsible for customer service and refunds.
How do I connect Shopify to Zendrop?
Create a Zendrop account, then use the option to add a new store in the Zendrop dashboard and connect your existing Shopify store. Zendrop's help center describes this as the path for merchants who already have a store.
